Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT)

We're actively hiring passionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) to provide direct support to children with autism. You'll work one-on-one with children, implement evidence-based teaching strategies, and support families. We require CBT certification and can guide you through the steps to obtain or maintain it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA support to children
  • Implement individualized teaching plans and behavior strategies
  • Document progress and communicate with supervisors and families
  • Support children in developing social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • CBT certification or willingness to pursue (required)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Passion for supporting children's growth and development

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

We're seeking experienced BCBAs to lead our clinical team, supervise behavior technicians, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Supervise and provide clinical oversight to behavior technicians
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Coordinate with schools, families, and other professionals
  • Stay current with research and best practices in ABA

Is CBT certification required?

Yes, CBT (Certified Behavior Technician) certification is required for our Behavior Technician positions. If you don't currently have your certification, we're here to help guide you through the steps to obtain it. We support team members through the certification process and can assist with study materials, preparation, and timelines.

Do I need experience to apply?

For Certified Behavior Technician positions, CBT certification is required, but experience with children or autism is preferred (not required). For BCBA/BCaBA positions, an active BCBA/LABA/BCaBA certification is required.
