Meet Faiza Ehsan
Faiza Ehsan is an experienced educator and behavior specialist with over 30 years of international experience supporting children with autism and diverse learning needs. Her passion for education and commitment to child-centered learning has shaped the foundation of Autism Improvement Services.
With decades of hands-on experience in classrooms and homes across multiple countries, Faiza brings a unique perspective that combines deep expertise with real-world understanding of what families actually need. Her approach is rooted in the belief that every child has unique strengths and potential waiting to be unlocked.
Today, Faiza leads a dedicated team of educators and behavior analysts committed to translating her vision into action—helping children build confidence, develop emotional skills, and gain independence in everyday life.

Why We Started
After working in education for three decades, Faiza recognized a gap in how autism support services were delivered. Too many programs focused on clinical outcomes without truly understanding the day-to-day lives of families. She envisioned a service that would be different—one that places families at the center, respects children's individuality, and creates real, lasting change in everyday life.

Our team is composed of experienced Behavior Support Educators and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who share a common mission: to help children learn, grow, and thrive.
Every team member is trained in evidence-based ABA learning methods, child development, and family collaboration. But more than that, they bring genuine passion, patience, and commitment to each child and family they work with.
We believe that training goes beyond certifications. Our team is continuously learning, staying updated on best practices, and refining their approach based on the latest research and real-world experience.
